[sims] Edexcel Maths Results

Anyone else having problems importing results into SIMS this morning? I've reported the problem to Capita but would be interested to learn if it's our problem or a SIMS wide issue?

We are having the same issue with AQA Maths 4365F and 4365H.

Just seen this on Capita's site:

"WJEC GCSE English Results Download Issue

We have been made aware of a problem with the WJEC GCSE English Results download

 

Fatal error; The Equivalent aspect for element 4190LA cannot be found

The Equivalent aspect for element 4170LA cannot be found

 

Result not in range defined for the Aspect :

 

WJEC will be issuing a revised results file containing just the English Grade.

 

They will email customers shortly with a timeline."

Yep, found a forum post in Support.Net that said the same for the exact import file we were having problems with. Refreshing the basedata worked - panic over!

refreshing data doesn't work for us, having to input them manually, waiting for them to be re-issued.

 

@Meldrew , do you have a link to you quote from capita?

English WJEC error is fixed but the latest file still throws an error message. Check before you contact the exam board.
