Lost Adobe Photoshop CS5 License

I hope somebody out there has been through this or similar.

 

We have Photoshop CS5 but cannot find the license key, the art teacher claims to not have it and the information from finance suggests it was bought through Capita but phoning them I just get bounded from department to department.

 

Adobe themselves say I need to know which e-mail address it was registered under, we're talking 3 years ago and I've been here a matter of months.

 

Does anybody know of anything I can do?

Well two ways I'd go about it.

 

1. Try and get the PO from the finance department, see where the order was sent to, phone Capita up with the PO number and get the details surrounding the order.

2. Phone Capita up and ask for the details of your account manager there and then ask them to either check details of any orders to Adobe or ask for an order history and tackle it from that point of view.

 

Going with a PO and asking Capita for details regarding the order would probably be the easiest path.

Option 03:

 

Log onto the mailserver and do a search for "photoshop" in the message body in staff mailboxes and hope you get lucky.

Resolved: having established that it was purchased from Capita I got in contact with them here [email protected] and giving them all the details I could they were able to find the order and the serial number.
