We arecurrently recruiting for a Senior ICTTechnician to fill a new full-time position, based at Oasis Academy SouthBank, a brand new academy in London Waterloo that opened its doors in September2013. The academy offers state-of-the art facilities in a newly refurbishedsecondary education environment. As Senior ICT Technician you will ensure the smooth running of ICTsystems to facilitate teaching, learning, administration and leadership at theAcademy. You will also provide technical support in line with the Academy’s ICTsupport service definition and be involved in projects relating to mobiletechnology and day-to-day support. Thesuccessful applicant will: · be enthusiastic, customer focused and have excellentcommunication skills · be able to work independently and think proactivelyto prevent or resolve problems · possess strong analytical / troubleshooting skills · have experience of working with Microsofttechnologies in a senior technical support capacity including Windows 7/8,Office 2010/2013, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc. · ideally have previous experience in asupervisory role.
