OCLRecruitment Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 (edited) Oasis Academy Silvertown is looking to recruit a permanent ICT Technician to fill a full-timeposition within the ICT team of Oasis Community Learning, based at theAcademy in the Royal Docks area of East London. This is a new Academy opening in September 2014, so will be an excellentopportunity to join a great new team, building systems from the ground up. Thisperson will provide 1st Line hardware and softwaresupport, incident management, call logging, asset management, general ITadministrative and other IT facility services as part of a Service Desk ITsupport team. The successful candidatewill have an IT technical background, good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP,Windows7 and Office Applications. Experience of IT serviceswithin an Education environment is desirable but not essential. This person must also have a pro-active approach to work and awillingness to demonstrate commitment to the values and behaviours whichflow from the Oasis Community Learning ethos.
