Windows 8.1 Apps Menu

Is there a way to customise the Windows 8.1 Pro Apps menu? I have modified the Start Layout with the XML file and that is working fine, I am just unable to customise the Apps. My folder redirection is working correctly and all of those links appears, but I wish to remove the Alarms, Bing Travel, etc for all users.

Look into the Remove-AppxProvisionedPackage Powershell command. That will remove the preinstalled Metro apps for you completely and improve your login times as Windows won't need to build them into your user profiles.
