Chrisbf1 Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 I am going to be installing a new trolley of Macbook Airs. What is the best imaging tool to use. Clonezilla/redo /ghost alike. I do not mind doing it with USB hard drives. and if necessary paying for the software any thoughts
HallX Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 We normaly use Clonezilla to image our small suites if iMacs. No issues at all, works fine.
TomPearceGeek Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 DeployStudio all the way. A Big one up for Deploy Studio again. You can automate the restoration, naming, software installation and much more. We use it to manage our Mac network of about 160 Various Models from our Mac server. It's incredibly intuitive and is very well documented too. We had a new colleague start a few months ago and I just set him loose on this video which explains all aspects of understanding DS.
Jwzg Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 DeployStudio x10. You can put a network bind in the workflow which saves you much time.
