Human_Machine Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 Hi, We've just bought Flowol 4 in our school and we've noticed something odd. Student users cannot see their redirected drives when attempting to save from Flowol 4. Is anyone else having this issue and if so how did you resolve it? I have emailed Keep IT Easy, who make the software, but not had any reply as yet. There is a configuration file in there which I might be able to do something with if I only knew what...! Thanks for any help.
TomTomGo Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 I've got exactly the same issue having installed Flowol 4 this afternoon. Not resolved it yet. I can only view the C:\ drive when trying to Save or Open a Flowchart. Did Keep IT Easy come back to you with a solution?
