Hi, We've just bought Flowol 4 in our school and we've noticed something odd. Student users cannot see their redirected drives when attempting to save from Flowol 4. Is anyone else having this issue and if so how did you resolve it? I have emailed Keep IT Easy, who make the software, but not had any reply as yet. There is a configuration file in there which I might be able to do something with if I only knew what...! Thanks for any help.

We have serveral CC3 Windows Server 2003 terminal servers on our hyper-V server. They work fine, but they don't always map the W:\RMShared Documents drive. I can take the same user account, log it onto 2 terminal servers at the exact same time, one will receive the mapping, the other won't. It seems entirely random. The only other thing worth mentioning is that it looks as though user accounts based on the same server as the share always seem to receive the mapping. Anyone got any possibly useful pointers?
