Timetabling Holiday School/Interventions

Currently the person who arranges interventions does it on a spreadsheet which is time consuming and difficult to see if a student has a clash e.t.c.

 

I am going to be taking over and would like to use a proper timetable software to timetable holiday intervention lessons and a bonus would be if teachers can do a register as well.

 

Wanted to use Nova T6 but I have never used it before and do not want to do anything that would mess up SIMS and affect the main timetable (main timetable is dobe by someone else). Therefore Im thinking to use another software (ideally free) to do this.

 

Just want to find out from other people how they timetable things like holiday school and interventions

A time tabling software that the school I work at use is called Venue Booker, but it's not free and I don't think you can have a register.
