Help please with image editing

Hi all, could someone please help me with editing an image...... It is something I haven't a clue about?

The image is attached, I want to keep the eagles, crown & shields but want them to be on a plain white background.

Site seems to be having problems with the images directly embedded in the thread

I'm not seeing any embeded images at the the moment and its not just this thread

@Jools33 if you follow what the other guys have said about right clicking and opening in a new window you should be able to see the image i edited for you.

Photoshop thats how I managed to remove the door frame lines and clone in areas to cover them up as well as slightly tweak the colour balance. @Jools33 is this for general logo use? if so in the future might be a good idea to get it vectorised.
