Display website in school dining hall.

I am looking for any suggestions as to any hardware that would allow me to display a website showing the schools energy performance. This will need to be a wall mounted wireless solution as no network points are in the location. A Clevertouch would be ideal but seems to be overkill and expensive as it doesn’t need to be touchscreen and will only ever display one website. Perhaps a Large monitor with a small PC mounted behind it but I can’t find anything to fit the bill.
