We looked at AppAssure and really want to go for it, but we can't afford the software costs, let alone the infrastructure we would need to upgrade to to be able to store a decent amount of data. Instead, we rock with Veeam (free) to backup VMs and a prehistoric copy of BackupExec to do files and folders.
