Dual Boot XP/vista/server

i just install all three OS on my laptop in three partitions

 

now depending on what os you login to it moves that partition to the C drive mark is this normal of have i done something

 

any advice guys would help

Pretty sure this is affecting the Vista partition, if you install Vista from outside Windows it makes itself C: in Computer, regardless what else is going on, everything else just moves down a letter. As mentioned causes no bother.
