Trapper Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Off the top of your head does anyone know (roughly) how much a 50m run of fibre would be to have installed? Assuming the ducting is already in situ - all it needs is laying and terminating.

seawolf Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Why are you bothering with fibre for a 50m run? Just run CAT 6a SFTP, which will give you 10GbE speeds. I'd only run fibre for 90m+ runs unless you are using fibre channel SAN or fibre to the desktop and require fibre.
