Hello Everyone and Merry Christmas

My Problem is we have installed adobe premiere pro 1.5 trial on are 2003 server and we want to remove it and put on the full version, but when i go to removethe trial version it errors with cannot install because there is a trial version already install.

I have already contacted adobe and they have hung up on me 3 times now because there tech support is cr*p. I have tryed to look on google for a removal tool or how to manually remove it with no luck so far.

Thanks in advance.

Indeed!

Why did you install it on a server? Not best practice or recommended in anyway!

You can always edit the registry to remove all traces of it. HKLM -> Software -> Adobe, remove all entries... Backup server before doing anything on it though, if its at all important to your school!

hi

running the trial install again gave the option to remove so thanks dos_box, should of thought of that myself, oh well. Its installed on a server because we are converting video with it for a new system were setting up and its very processor and ram intensive so we got a new server to do the job.

cheers
