SIMS knowledgebase article KB403059 (apart from being written strangely), reveals there's no inbound spam filtering for SIMS InTouch. I confirmed this via text message and email into the school. Marketing for various enhancement products were happily displaying in the SIMS UI.

Given the rate at which our parents get infected (source: amount of mail that gets dropped at the gateway), this isn't acceptable.

I've found two change requests aimed at addressing this, would people mind voting please?
