lholland421 Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Hi , I want to a create a calendar with exchange 2013 that i can share with a group and them not have to accept the calendar. i would like it to just appear. Can anyone point me in the right direction? do i need anything additional to exchange ? Thanks in advanced .
snagrat Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 Not sure it is possible. Could use Public Folders but people still need to go looking for it.
psydii Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Use powershell to give the group access to the default calendar folder. Calendars automatically appear in outlook 3/4 of the time. Getting people to adding them is easy.. If they don't they can't access the information, they can't do their jobs properly, and ultimately capability proceedings can be brought.
