Hi , I want to a create a calendar with exchange 2013 that i can share with a group and them not have to accept the calendar. i would like it to just appear.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? do i need anything additional to exchange ?

Use powershell to give the group access to the default calendar folder.

Calendars automatically appear in outlook 3/4 of the time. Getting people to adding them is easy.. If they don't they can't access the information, they can't do their jobs properly, and ultimately capability proceedings can be brought.
