Afternoon all.

 

We’ve been dealing with a high level of requests and queries from both customers and Edugeek members alike recently.

 

In order to offer some assistance en masse we’ve decided to publish the ‘how to’ and walkthrough videos we currently only reserve access for our existing customers.

 

We’d like your input (as always) on which videos you’d like to see appear, they can be aimed at tech issues/questions for you or your team.

Alternatively end-user friendly tutorials aimed at reducing the time you spend helping others use the various suites and features.

 

If you’d like to make suggestions below, we’ll use the thanks you get from fellow members to gauge the popularity of topic.

 

We can’t promise to handle them all, we’ll certainly give it a red hot crack.

How about starting at the beginning, the basic recipe overview of what you need for a basic SSO setup, you know, an SSL cert, a virtual server or three and a solution to get your students individual accounts in AD.

In fairness the above are examples that we've already covered so you'll definitely see these appear.

Sounds good, I have done 3 migrations to 365 now and have scratched me head on all of them as things change from one to the next, and user training ideas would be a hand tool for sure.

 

Im a techie, so I would like to see all of them obviously
