Hi all,

Have recently handed out new teacher laptops, 64-bit windows 7 pro, and have had to link them up to all the teachers smartboards without a problem. One of the teachers however has got a Sahara Clevertouch so getting the visual was all good and also interactivity however I cannot for some reason get smart ink to work. He wants to be able to annotate web pages and apps however all the pen/pointer does is touch the screen and highlight objects.

Does anyone know why this is? Do I need to update the smart software or download a specific driver for the board?

Many thanks,

Smart ink is only available for Smart's own products.. you can try the transparent background mode, works similar for other hardware, but Smart will still charge you a licence fee for using their software.
