Meraki Location Services

Hi, we're trying to enable location services and Find My iPad on a set of iPads we have here. They are all supervised and added to Meraki MDM. When we go to Privacy - Location Services it is greyed out and cannot be switched on. Have looked in the profile and enable access to Privacy settings is checked. I know we can use the Meraki app to track the iPads but if that gets removed then the tracking doesn't work.

 

Can anyone help me with this?

Did you find a solution to this issue? We have the same issue after adding 60+ devices to Meraki, however I noticed that Location Services works and is enabled prior to adding the devices to Meraki! I have also tried suggestions for enabling and disabling Location Services restrictions on the devices without any luck.
