jbutlin Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Hi folks, a bit of an odd one here - when a user tries to print a PowerPoint presentation from her MacBook, the slides all come out blank. I've tried reinstalling the printer, but this hasn't solved it so far. Anyone else come across this issue? All other office programs print fine, this only happens with PowerPoint. OS = Mavericks Office version: 2011 printer: Ricoh Aficio MP C3000

Chris_Keller Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Turn on the option in your printer to not print blank pages. Or at least our HP printers have that feature, works great!
Michael Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 You could also try patching/updating PowerPoint 2011 if you haven't done so already.
