Exchange 2007 Journaling

Could someone give a brief overview of journaling? can I do it with standard exchange 2007 with my EES agreement?

 

I can see the setup, it looks easy to turn on but I don't understand the premium client option nor do I understand how I access the journal?

ok it's super easy!

 

I used the videos here, it took 5 minutes.. I'm using standard journaling which means per mail store. perfect.
