fiza Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 I think I have got myself into a bit of a pickle with Office 2010 and MDT with regards to rearming it. I created an image on a machine and successfully deployed it last year. I think we must have updated the image a couple of times and I can successfully reset the windows 7 rearm count and I was doing ok with the Office rearm (OSPPREARM.exe) but this time when I have run it from a command prompt prior to capture I get error 0xc004d307 - maximum number of rearms exceeded. We are building a virtual image so we can snapshot before capturing but its still in a build state. I need to get the original image working again. Any ideas?
themightymrp Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Never tried it but apparently by switching to using a KMS server to do the activating you won't reach a limit....?

We do use KMS to activate clients but I need to re-arm office before capturing the image. That's when I get the error.
