I have been asked to look at overhauling our current paper based system for trips approvals so that its all electronic. Teacher fills in a trips form, submits to office, office pass it onto Head, Head reviews and approves (signs). If overnight stay required then form sent to Governors for review and approval (sign).

I also need to do the same for Absence requests so that its all electronic.

Does anyone use or know of an electronic method of doing this which would allow electronic signatures to show the authorised person has signed it off?

Hi Fiza,

I used Hellosign for sending out our device agreement documents to parents.

The system was pretty good, a few had issues on coping with what was asked, but overall feedback was pretty good. It's nice that it sends a signed copy to the person submitting it and also to myself.

In hindsight though, expecting parents to fill in the form on the evening when collecting their sons/daughters device was a bit of a fail!

I also used it for staff to sign their device agreements, which made collating and managing that much easier.

Any questions please get in touch.
