lionsl2005 Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 We have setup 30 Ipad minis(IOS7) throught Lightspeed MDM. School uses one Apple ID. When Teachers or Students attempt to open an app, It asks for the Apple ID password. How can we stop this asking for the credential to open the App? Is there any settings in MDM to disable this? Thank you in advance.
lionsl2005 Posted June 5, 2014 Author Posted June 5, 2014 Sorted. Some how we managed to skip the apple I'd in the process of setting up. Opened the settings and add the apple I'd. Thus sorted the problem.
