elsiegee40 Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 On behalf of the mods, can I say that you guys do a wonderful job reporting the spammers when they appear. Thank you. Only our sponsors are allowed to advertise on edugeek, so if you receive a sales pitch PM from someone without the green sponsor badge, plese would you report it in the same way that you report posts? We are aware of one or two persistent offenders and the quicker we can deal with them the better. Thanks for your help

JigsawSchoolApps Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Hi, we've just joined the forum and wanted to check the rules regarding companies posting about their products. We're not going to do any sales pitches, but we've seen a thread where the OP had some questions about our service (eg size of company/our history etc) - are we OK to respond to queries like that, or would that count as advertising? We're happy to abide by whatever the mods say - if it's not acceptable, then we won't post (or PM anyone!).
