Hi, we've just joined the forum and wanted to check the rules regarding companies posting about their products. We're not going to do any sales pitches, but we've seen a thread where the OP had some questions about our service (eg size of company/our history etc) - are we OK to respond to queries like that, or would that count as advertising? We're happy to abide by whatever the mods say - if it's not acceptable, then we won't post (or PM anyone!).
