Papercut query

Is there any facility in papercut to prevent users from repeatedly clicking print, print, print?!?!

Yup.

 

Under each printer, go to Filters & Restrictions, and enable the "Deny duplicate documents" box and choose a timescale.

We've done that and now get kids saying the printer doesn't work, so make sure it is known. Although, I'm sure a pop up tells them that so I guess ours just ignore it...

I've found here that sometimes the popups from the client software appear behind the active window so are not visible to the user until they close or move the active window which is a pain but something we live with
