Booking system problem

Got a strange issue with the booking system, this is only the 2nd or 3rd time it's happened but staff instantly run to the head claiming we're incompetent when it does (..you know the sort)

 

Anyway, I have a class where Period 1 and Period 2 were free to book, and Period 3 through to 6 were static bookings.

 

Someone has booked period 1, and then the same booking has appeared in period 2. When you click on period 2 it shows up as do you want to cancel for "period 1", then when you click period 3 where the static booking SHOULD be, it says Period 2. It's like everything has shifted along one.

How odd, can you look in the bookings.xml file and see if they've double booked it (double clicked)

Are you able to put in a time lock between allowed booking or something to stop that from happening if someone gets impatient?

Don't know it's something that I know paul has worked on, it sounds like the user is double clicking on the book button and it's double booking. Because it's not the share attribute it's just shifting
