Google Apps Alert - Suspicious login detected

Not sure if I should be worried about this or not, I turned on the suspicious login alert in Google Apps to alert me to any suspicious logins and I get around 3-4 a day, normally flagged because of btcentralplus.

 

However, I recently had a bout of spam emails appearing to be sent by the administrator account, which is equally as worrying... as soon as I saw this I changed the administrator password but I still got one or two.

 

Does anyone experience the same issues at all?

I have had a couple of suspicious login alerts at my primary schools, but that is over the last 2 years.

We get them all the time from staff and students when they are travelling. (International school) Check with the account user if they accessed it using a new device or in a new location.
