How to replace all occurrences of default wallpaper??

Anyone have any ideas how I can replace all occurrences of img0.jpg in Windows folder, via batch script. This is so I can replace the Windows Default background for Windows 8. I'm going to use MDT, in case anyone knows of a better way to do it in MDT.

Wouldn't it be easier to use Group Policy to do this?

I'm trying to do it all on the build and try to minimise use of group policy.

BGInfo and a login script? Means you can superimpose details like asset number, username etc to the desktop wallpaper as well.
