Add Operation Failed

I'm having trouble attaching an .msi to a group policy i've created. When I create new package and select the file I see the following error.

 

Add operation failed. Unable to extract deployment information from the package. Run validation on the package to ensure that the package is correct.

 

I can run the .msi locally so I know the file works.

This happens a lot with Google Earth. Load your MSI into Orca - check the properties and delete every language code except 1033. Always worked for Google Earth and Quicktime (which always give me hassle).
