Office 365 migration to account outside organisation

OK, so we are going down the 365 route, we have students but at the end of their time at the college when we want to revoke their license to use for another student.

 

Is there anyway this email can get carried forward to say to a regular Hotmail or anything like that???

 

What is the transition route??
