Recommend me a desktop mono copier with some specific capabilities

Our DT dept have asked me to find them a mono copier, so I thought I'd ask on here for any recommendations.

 

The requirements are:

 

A4

Mono

Desktop

Cheap to run

Enlargement capabilities (easy to use, not via a complicated menu)

Ability to print on card

 

We'd also like it to be able to "clone" (ie. you put something in one corner, and it'll duplicate it to have 6 of the same thing on the same page etc...), but this isn't a "must have" as there is obviously an easy way to do this without a specific feature.

 

So, does anyone have any recommendations. We're replacing a Xerox Workcenter 3119.
