BBC News - Alerts over faulty Apple and Samsung handsets

If you have the sleep/wake problem with an iPhone 5 check whether your phone is in the affected batches here (my son's phone is both playing up and in the faulty batches)

Those with an S5 with a faulty camera should contact Samsung's customer service or their mobile operator to get the phone replaced
