Acer Revo RL80 - Reboot and select proper Boot Media

Getting really frustrated with this now.

 

Have just built two of these machines to Windows 7 without a problem.

 

The third however...!

 

It keeps saying this - there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when - but it's after a reboot or start up. The only way I see to be able to get it to boot correctly is if I detach the battery from the motherboard.

 

Has anyone seen this before? Really stumped - I have reinstalled it once already...!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Got fed up with this Revo so started on another machine while deciding what to do. Some problems with it booting apparantly.

 

Plug it in, turned it on - same error as the Revo! SMH

Is the boot order correct for the main drive ?

Yes. But when I use the boot menu as well it doesn't see it. But it is fully connected.
