VLAN and ISA question

So, I've now almost got myself to a stage where I can move on with actually configuring our switches for VLANs but I have one more question.

 

I have an ISA server, which has an intel PRO/1000 MT card in it (single port). My question is this: when I come to VLAN servers off and that sorta thing, if I add this server to every VLAN which needs HTTP access, will it not suffer if there is a broadcast storm on any of those VLAN's, therefore affecting every VLAN which wants HTTP access (I know they won't be affected by the broadcast storm though). Is there a way around this?
