Help Desk using SQL - HAP v10 Preview 3

I have executed the HAP SQL file which has added the tables to my HAP SQL database and I have updated the provider in the hapconfig.xml file to read the same as the tracker (provider="SQLConnectionString") but it doesn't seem to be using the SQL database.

 

Any Ideas?

Sorry I saw and updated SQL file and a provider added in the config and just presumed.
