Watchdog Timeout freezes Hyper-V Server

Hi

 

We have been getting the above error message on our Dell R710 Hyper-V Server now for nearly a month. Every time it shows in the log the server freezes at that point.

 

No blue screens or reboots, it literally freezes.

 

Dell have replaced the SAS Raid Controller and the motherboard, but it crashed again this morning.

 

It has crashed 9 times, 8 of them was during the early hours.

 

Has anyone had any experience of Watchdog Timeouts?

 

I am thinking of wiping and installing Server 2012 R2 as I'm hoping it is a Software issue.
