Network Bottlenecking irritation

Hi All,

 

We have an irritating issue in one of our main buildings that even after have a whole new fibre cable run is still present (Cost a small fortune). I don't know if anyone has any ideas but i am practically out as feel i have tried everything. We are during most times getting massive ping times, this morning for example it was fluctuating up to 760ms. Naturally this is causing lagging to most users and overall performance is poor. We have around 7 WAP's running in the same building (Ruckus) and around 65 desktop machines. The wireless network in said building doesn't see that many clients at one time around 60-100 is normal.

 

Any help/ideas to try would be much appreciated.
