Apple Configurator and VPP

PLEASE HELP!!!

 

I have 3 apps my boss purchased through VPP 20 copies of 2 and 25 of one.

I have imported the VPP codes and I can see that we are licensed for them, and somehow I have finally managed to install each app onto a different iPads, but the other iPads won't install the apps or install the other two apps. I have contacted Apple Support and they weren't much help, update the apple configurator and re-add the app. which I have done multiple times. He said he would email me in order to get in contact with him again... hour and a half ago :S

 

Anyway has anyone come across this as it's not really making me happy right now

Hadn't logged out of the Mac app store, but don't get why that allowed it to install the app on 1 iPad. But hey ho, its working now thank god. Do you know why it requires you to log out of itunes and app store? as it seems pointless to me, even when they are all using the same apple ID :S
