Hi,

Bit of a strange one, we have windows 2003 server (will be upgraded soon) that runs our biometric software for our cashless catering software. It stopped allowing us to access any secure site (https) this is causing huge problems as some of the syncing between SIMS and wise pay isn’t working because it has been set up to access wise pay through Https. I have had the cashless catering system changed and changing it to http seems to work.

Any ideas why this would suddenly stop allowing me to access https?

Many thanks in advance.

Nick

IN addition to your problem, try looking out for the GP setting "Restrict internet communication" - i had the problem at one of my schools where I couldn't get to any https websites (through Chrome, IE allowed me to continue after a warning). Removing that policy setting allowed me in!

Computer Config > Administrative Templates > System > Internet Communication Management > Restrict Internet Communication
