Survey monkey we have used this pretty extensively for the last three years does a lot of the work for you just need to occasionally tweak the analysis after depending on what you want, we use the Gold package as we do quite a lot of Surveys around £299 per year although we got in early o get this for £199 but well worth it. You can also try the free version to see if it suites.

Survey expression is pretty good I use it but from what I see some of the reporting options are limited. But just chuck the results into excel and do what you want with them.

Google Forms. It creates a spreadsheet so you get all of the analytic functions that Excel provides.
