gob Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 Hi All, We are looking into purchasing a new class set of headphones for our ICT Suite, I've been looking into a particular model and was wondering if anybody has experience with them. USB Headset They seem to fit the bill, and reasonably priced. All parts are replaceable which seems smart and will be easy to source things like replacement ear cushions but in practice I'm not sure how well they will work. Any thoughts/experiences with these? Cheers P.s. Need USB Headphones as majority of the Audio jacks on our machines are damaged and machines won't be replaced for another year or 2!
Chris_ Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 We have some of these in our primary school. They seem pretty robust although we've not had them all that long..

We've just ordered a class set of 20, with pretty much the same reasoning as you give above. I tried them out at BETT, they seemed like good, robust headphones and, as you point out, all parts are available as spares. We ordered from Wishtrac rather than TTS, which I think gave us around 10% off TTS' price.
gob Posted March 17, 2014 Author Posted March 17, 2014 Thanks for feedback guys, ordered a pair to trial out for a week.
