I read in the sunday newspaper bible, ok notw, that the government plan to refurbish/rebuild all schoosl was going to be reviewed which apparently is government speak to mean it's going to be canned.

 

Is that it for BSF?

Why scrap it? The trials have all been SO successful, it will save SO much money, the service will be SO much better ...
