Thats actually quite good. I thought it would show it getting worse not better, but that's a good thing. Shows what Labour (improved from what Conservatives under John Major) put in place for NHS trusts to follow actually worked!

For my postcode area, from 1999 it stayed the same colour, but it dropped at least!
