I have been asked to make sure that all emails that go out from staff are branded with the new signature and ALSO...

Can all emails be in the same size and type font? Does anyone please know if this is possible?

Thanks in advance

For the first part, in Exchange 2013, apply a message flow rule to append a disclaimer to outgoing email from the appropriate people. Job Done.

For the second request... hmmm... that's a bit trickier. You can enforce text messages only, to remove formatting, but that's about it as far as I know. If someone wants emails from staff to look professional then this isn't really a technical issue.

Thank you,

Do you please know if it possible to force a HTML signature? We currently have a text only version and want to put the new HTML version on with images etc etc.

It all depends if the message was HTML or Text to begin with, we apply the school logo, and other info to all of our sigs

This gets applied to emails going to external contacts, exchange checks to make sure it doesn't apply it twice:

This email and any attachments to it may be confidential and are intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed. Any views or opinions expressed are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Crickhowell High School or Powys County Council.

If you are not the intended recipient of this email, you must neither take any action based upon its contents, nor copy or show it to anyone.

Please contact the sender if you believe you have received this email in error.

This gets added to all emails internal and externally bound

Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail

Then this gets applied to all emails for staff

Looks like we will have to wait until our exchange 2013 migration is complete. Thanks for the replies..

Include logo or picture in your disclaimer/signature: Exchange Server 2007 does not allow you to include a logo or picture in your disclaimer or email signature. A number of third party disclaimer applications allow you to embed an image within your email disclaimer/signature.

HTML formatting and inline CSS styles: Exchange Server 2007 only allows you to add formatted text to an email. It offers a limited set of font colors and sizes and does not allow you to use css styles or html tables, and other formatting options. Third party applications allow you to edit the disclaimer or signature straight from HTML, offering many more formatting options.
