Mangahigh wont run Challenges?

We've been using mangahigh for ages but it's not working on my Windows 7 machines. The games work but the challenges do not. It works fine on the last remaining XP machines so the firewall is ok.

 

I've logged into the machines (as admin) and I can't make it work? It has to be something do do with the PC setup I just don't know what it is?

 

You go to play a challenge the "PRODIGI" logo appears with loading underneath but the loading bar remains empty.

 

I have flash 11.2 and 12 (for testing) adobe reader 10.1. I've tried compatibility, turned off protected mode and put it in trusted...

 

ideas?
