Hey Yall I have been task to find a new work order solution for our district that is hosted offsite. Currently we are using WonderDesk SQL. What does your district use?

In the UK we call this Help Desk software. Spiceworks is pretty popular over here.

Yup. Use spiceworks here. Staff phone or email in. We add the ticket. Get too it. Job done.
