HIi - We have set up year marksheets for the head of years. Each marksheet feeds from the subject sheets so that their is an overview for each child in each subject. The heads of year have asked in the teacher's name or initials can be placed next to the subject in the marksheet. Is there anyway of doing this.

Not automagically no, but you could create a comment aspect for each subject and populate it manually...

Alternatively, if you right click on any result and select "View/Edit Result History" then you can see the name of the person who entered the grade in to SIMS.

Hi,

Can't be done I'm afraid. Only way is to create a comment aspect and then add the teacher name in there. Fraught with problems though - I hate static data like that.

You can add the Class Name though, as long as the Template has a course link. This may go someway in helping them.

Hope this helps

A class name would only come through for the course it's linked to, so wouldn't work for a cross-curricular marksheet. If they only have one sheet per subject, then it would work. You'd have to put in the course link, then filter group for the specific year, and show the class column.

Right click view history is probably the best bet. Or add it to the notes at the top of the marksheet, but it's static and takes up a lot of space if it's cross curricular.
